• Consideration to completing a project with minimum impact on ongoing business activities, including site protection, security, safety and after hours installations

• Enforcement of Quality Management Systems, including a constantly reviewed Quality Manual and clear and concise documentation

• Open communication channels for updates on the project’s development

• Adherence to an organised Health and Safety Plan, providing the appropriate safety equipment and the appointment of a Safety Officer to each project, designed to minimise risk to employees

• Development and continued updating of a Construction Schedule, utilising the latest software programmes
